President
 
Laurel McFarlane has become San Diego’s most sought after event stylist and designer. Her name has become synonymous with Southern California’s most exceptional events and high profile clients. Her award wining success lies in the fact that she combines each client’s personal style with fresh ideas and distinctive elements. Whether it’s an intimate gathering for twenty or a public block party for sixty thousand, McFarlane’s attention to detail, unsurpassed service and personal touches are the key reasons for her success. Laurel doesn’t follow industry trends, she sets them!
 
       


 
Stacie Huckeba
Director of Public Relations
 
Stacie has been with McFarlane Promotions since 1999. She quickly became the Director of Special Events and now acts as the Director of Public Relations. Working side by side with Laurel for the past six years, she is proficient with every aspect of a successful event. She currently assists Laurel in overseeing accounts, day to day business operations and acting as a full time media liaison.
 
       

 
Ciara Gelhaus
Director of Marketing and Special Events
 
Ciara Gelhaus, is McFarlane Promotions newest addition to the executive staff. She is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. Since joining the team at McFarlane, Ciara has acted as the lead on such high profile accounts as, December Nights in Balboa Park and Mardi Gras in the Gaslamp. She is currently the acting Director of Marketing and Special Events.
