  • A certified coordinator assisting you from your engagement to your wedding day
  • Four mandatory meetings:  Initial Consultation, Budget and Vendor, a details meeting, and a Final Meeting
  • Show the best and most original locations, for your ceremony and reception, in the area, considering your wedding size, vision, and budget
  • Suggestions on overall theme/style, décor, and all other details of your wedding
  • Set up a realistic wedding budget and help you manage/stick to that budget
  • Find the best service providers, i.e., florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, rental companies, makeup artists, etc., in your price range
  • Set appointments with vendors/service providers and either attend those meetings with the bride and groom or on their behalf
  • Review all of the vendor contracts
  • Counsel on proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends
  • Devise a wedding blueprint from ceremony music to favors
  • Assist with the wording and overall design of invitations and their insertions (i.e., RSVP cards, directions, etc.)
  • Assist with designing additional paper products (i.e. Save the Date cards, menus, programs, “Thank You” cards, etc.)
  • Assistance with musical selections for your ceremony and reception
