- A certified coordinator and honeymoon/destination wedding specialist assisting you from your engagement to your destination wedding.
- Four mandatory meetings: Initial Consultation, Budget and Vendor, a details meeting, and a Final Meeting
- A coordinator’s availability for one- to- two planning weekends/or one 3-5 day planning trip
- Create a personalized planning schedule
- Assistance with engagement and wedding announcements
- Show the best and most original locations, for your ceremony and reception, in the desired locale, considering your wedding size, vision, and budget
- Unlimited suggestions on overall theme/style, décor, and all other details of your wedding from favors to welcome baskets and wedding attire to the farewell brunch
- Set up a realistic wedding budget and help you manage/stick to that budget
- Manage payments to all vendors
- Find the best service providers, i.e., florists, caterers, DJs, photographers, rental companies, makeup artists, etc., in your price range, in the desired local
- Set appointments with those vendors/service providers and either attend those meetings with the bride and groom or on their behalf
- Negotiate and review all vendor/venue contracts before signed
- Constant correspondence with all vendors/service providers to coordinate timing and all responsibilities on the wedding day
- Counsel on proper etiquette, religious and cultural traditions and current wedding trends
- Devise a wedding blueprint from ceremony music to favors
- Assist with selection of wedding attire and accessories for the bridal couple, bridal party, and the extended bridal party
- Assist with the selection of bridal party gifts
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for bridal couple and party
- Additional consultation for all events and activities coordination while at location for wedding party and guests
- Arrange transportation logistics for activities at location and on wedding day
- Create personalized and detailed itineraries for wedding party, vendors/service providers, and guests
- Assist with the wording, overall design of invitations and their insertions (i.e., RSVP cards, directions, etc., and ordering to the stuffing, addressing and mailing of the invitations
- Keep track of all incoming RSVPs and create a master guest list
- Assist with designing additional paper products (i.e. Save the Date cards, menus, programs, “Thank You” cards, etc.)
- Assistance with musical selections for your ceremony and reception
- Create and provide you with a personalized checklist to make sure you have everything accomplished
- Assistance with any last minute tasks needing to be completed before the big day
- Once at the location, a Final Team meeting the week of the wedding with all service providers
- Direct wedding rehearsal
- Set up and tear down your ceremony and reception
- Manage the wedding day, supervising vendors and handling emergencies, etc.
- Coordinate and direct all activities at your ceremony and reception.

**In addition to the coordination fee for this package, the client must also pay for the coordinator and an assistant’s transportation, lodging, and meals on the planning trip, if the trip is necessary. The client is also responsible for paying for the coordinator and an assistant’s transportation, lodging, and meals for the wedding itself. The coordinators will need to be at the location 2-3 days prior to the date of the actual wedding in order to finalize and take care of last minute details.**
